In 2015 Dr. Fante performed a dacryocystorhinostomy (DCR) on my eye-- a surgery to correct a blocked tear drainage duct. This is a niche operation and Robert is one very few surgeons who have made it a specialty. His reputation gave me high hopes, and Robert far exceeded them throughout my time with him. It became obvious that he's an authority in a demanding surgical field, but he was also warm, genuine, and generous with his time. I came away believing that he takes real pride in treating his patients. The surgery itself was a breeze for me; I needed no pain medication whatsoever, and my eye has been trouble-free in the eight years since.

Dr. Echalier was professional and caring as was her assistant Bob. I felt comfortable with them doing the procedure and would highly recommend Dr. Echalier to everyone.
