I have been to several experienced plastic surgeons and aesthetician’s and Dr. Echalier is hands down the best. I never post reviews, but after trial and error with several other credible plastic surgeons/medical injectors, Dr. Echalier fixed what others could not (my accordion double smile lines). She also did my cheeks a few months ago and gave me the most beautiful, natural cheek bones. Her understanding of the anatomy of the face, filler, surgery, Botox, etc. far supersedes surgeons/injectors that have been in the field 20+ years. I have really really high standards when it comes to my face and Dr. Echalier meets them every time. I’ve learned from experience the intricacy of facial aesthetics and how careful you must be in choosing a high quality person to trust with your face! Dr. Echalier also does a really good job of listening to you, finding out exactly what your goal is, and finding a way to meet those goals. The last thing I’ll say about Dr. Echalier that makes her truly remarkable, is she doesn’t try and make money off you by subtly pointing out your flaws or making you feel insecure about features of your face (Be cognizant, this happens with alot of aestheticians/plastic surgeons). She genuinely wants you to feel beautiful and makes feel like a fun way to treat yourself. 10/10 worth it.

Every person we interacted with was kind and caring. Dr. Fante examined me and drew a picture to describe what he would do to help my issue. He took a cautious approach, which I appreciate. We are first trying right lateral canthoplasty; if that does not solve the problem, then we will try another approach. I am very happy with the care I received.
