I had such a positive experience with ReDerm. I won a gift card, so I went in for a consultation and Trish was so helpful from the beginning. She explained every step of the process to me and was genuinely interested in me as a person and as a client. Their skin consultation machine is super cool and objectively analyzes your skin in a variety of categories so you can decide on the treatment that is best for you. We scheduled microdermabrasion for a few weeks out, and today was the day of my appointment. Everyone was so kind from the second I walked in and Trish was ready to go as soon as I arrived. Again, she walked me through everything and made sure to use products that were good for my sensitive skin. After the hour appointment was over in what felt like way less because I was so relaxed and enjoying myself, I looked in the mirror and saw my skin was glowing in a way I’ve never seen. Trish was so amazing when I was leaving and gave me products to help with any irritation that may naturally come up later, and said she will call and check in tomorrow to make sure everything is still amazing. I will definitely be using ReDerm for any of my face and eye needs. They are very up front about pricing and Trish was never pushy about booking future visits. My experience at Fante Eye and Face Centre was fantastic! The front desk staff was informative, polite and timely. The medical support team for Dr. Fante was equally lovely, taking photos, making sure I was comfortable, and answering my preliminary questions. Dr. Fante is friendly, approachable, and extremely professional. He clearly explained what pertained to my specific facial anatomy, and let me know what was realistic to expect from the intervention I chose. My in office blepharoplasty was a total breeze. I got several morpheus8 treatments with Catherine and she is outstanding! She first did a thorough free consult with me and really took the time to explain what would be best for my skin needs and goals. Then, moved right into my treatments. These treatments are intense and you don't want to do these with just anyone. These sessions are an investment on many levels and Catherine is just as invested in the care and quality she delivers. I originally went to see Catherine for Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) to repair the significant scaring on my face. PRP is basically micro needling on steroids! I’m 50 and my face was looking it! After 3 treatments with Catherine, my face is so so much smoother and rejuvenated. When I learned Catherine was among an elite group of top professionals that were granted advanced training in Coolsculpting I immediately booked her for a treatment on my flabby hips, abs, and thighs. I started seeing subtle changes in the first 3 weeks. During the 4th week the changes turned drastic! I marched myself right back in there for another treatment in those same areas and I also had my double chin Coolsculpted. I can’t wait to see the improvement in a month.
