Catherine is hands-down, the most knowledgeable and experienced medical aesthetician I’ve ever known and I’ve gotten countless treatments done by her over the years. She seriously is an amazing boss lady that really knows her stuff and you can tell she’s passionate about helping other people achieve their skin goals(plus is you see her she’s literally a walking advertisement, so beautiful)! I saw Dr Lacey Echalier for some under eye filler concerns, and I was so impressed with both her knowledge but also her compassion for the damage that had occurred (outside of this office). She helped create a great treatment plan to so I can look like myself again. They have state of the art equipment, and I have never had anyone use an ultrasound to locate filler before to dissolve it! I am so impressed and also very excited to come back for further treatment. From the front desk, to their medical assistants, to their team of paramedical estheticians, everyone was just so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I really recommend Dr Echalier for any facial or aging concerns you may have!

Thank G-d for Dr. Alexandra Levitt!!!! I have been dealing with a leaking, dry eye for over a year….and when I say leak - I mean it was constantly dripping. It became raw and very annoying…I had to constantly dab my eye. I also work on television, which made it even worse to deal with. I went to two eye drs with little luck, but then finally was referred to Dr Levitt. She looked at my eye, opened the tear duct and ten minutes later…FIXED…and since NO MORE dripping. I saw Dr. Lacey Echalier. She's an excellent physician. She was very knowledgeable, and very thorough. She answered all my questions, and then referred me to a different specialist, who specifically specializes in my particular issue. I highly recommend her.

On both of my visits with Dr. Echalier She has been very patient and very clear on everything. She also wrote things down so that I would have a written record at home. This has been one of the better medical experiences I have had.

After my eye surgery, I wasn't seeing the results I had expected but Dr. Levitt and her team went above and beyond with "after care"(at no additional expense to me) extra laser, botox and tweaks to my surgery until I was satisfied. Straight up I’ve been to several doctors trying to get help with my dry eye problems and apparently I will need surgery but I was disappointed with the big egos the doctors I saw prior to Dr Levitt they all were horrible listeners and pushed aside my concerns. Dr. Levitt on the other hand was a breath of fresh air she really cared about my concerns and took the time to discuss several options and was very open to my suggestions without getting offended. She was smart and knowledgeable which was comforting. I trust Dr Levitt and will be having my surgery soon. Everyone I came to contact with at Fante Eye & Face center was pleasant and knowledgeable.
