Dr. Fante is an extraordinary Physician and human being. He went out of his way to see me, a new patient, on Christmas Eve in-between surgery cases because he heard I was in much pain. He even called me on Christmas day to check how I was doing. He coordinated with my other doctors and talked to me at length about my case outside office hours. When it was ultimately determined I needed a biopsy and surgery for a blocked lacrimal duct, Dr. Fante did an excellent job. His staff prepared me well for what to expect before and after surgery. The aftercare I received from Dr. Fante was also superb. My case was not straightforward. There were many other physicians involved, and an unusual symptoms and presentation, but Dr. Fante was pivotal in figuring out the correct diagnosis and treatment. I have the utmost respect for him.
